However you choose to look at it, contracting a team because it sucks is not the right move. If a team is winning like it's going out of style <i>and</i> playing before an arena with as much excitement as the pre-2007 United Center, then we can talk about movement, but the closest we've come to that scenario in recent years is Nashville, and again, that team has not won a playoff round yet in its existence.
