		<description>The average size is ~15-20. Juniors, pro scouts, Euro scouts, that kind of thing. The Avs are the next-smallest that I&#039;ve counted, with 13 full-timers. 

BTW, the Caps have 14 full-timers on their scouting staff. Just thought you would like to know.</description>
