Well…the ownership/management can either be cheap and not make the playoffs, or they can spend money and collect revenue from a deep playoff run. The Hurricanes are as good as they were up front and even better on the blueline. Even with Tampa going crazy with free agents, it’s still going to be Carolina and Washington battling for the Southeast Division title.
